Bounce For Less Liability Waiver FormBounce For Less – Liability Waiver and Rental Agreement By signing this agreement, the undersigned customer agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the rental and use of inflatable equipment provided by Bounce For Less. 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that the use of inflatable bounce houses, slides, and related equipment involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment. 2. Release of Liability I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my family members, guests, and participants, hereby release, waive, and discharge Bounce For Less, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur while using the rented equipment. 3. Supervision I understand that adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable equipment is in use. The renter agrees to provide responsible adult supervision and ensure that all users follow the safety rules provided by Bounce For Less. 4. Safe Use The renter agrees to ensure the following rules are followed: No flips, wrestling, or rough play. No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable. No climbing on the outside walls or netting. Users should be of similar size when bouncing together. Equipment must not be used during high winds, storms, or severe weather. 5. Equipment Responsibility The renter assumes full responsibility for the care of the equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by Bounce For Less. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, pets, fire, or sharp objects may result in repair or replacement charges. 6. Weather Policy If severe weather occurs, the renter agrees to immediately stop use of the equipment and exit the inflatable until conditions are safe. 7. Indemnification The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce For Less from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the use or misuse of the rented equipment during the rental period. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this waiver and rental agreement.
